Zalando wanted to spotlight the lesser known sides of its sports offering at Are Sessions. We created a programme curated with the help of people in sports communities, pairing visitors with unique sessions led by experts. By replacing algorithmic sameness with genuine discovery, the events filled almost instantly. 





To complement the programme, we handled the spatial design and branding for all pop-up locations and merch, creating visually arresting moments throughout the festival that brought Zalando's presence to life.
