Who is responsible for your personal data?
Skewed Sonic AB (org. no. 559456-3800), Götgatan 78, Stockholm, Sweden, is the data controller

for the personal data you provide when signing up for updates from The Corner.

The Corner is an activation by Zalando, operated by Skewed Sonic AB. Zalando does not receive or

process the personal data you submit through this sign-up.

What data do we collect?
When you sign up, we collect:

• Your name

• Your phone number

• Your email address
  We do not collect any other information about you through this sign-up.

Why do we process your data, and on what legal basis?
We process your data solely to send you SMS and email updates and information about what is

happening at The Corner during Way Out West 2026.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give this consent

when you actively tick the box on the sign-up page.

How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data until 15 September 2026, one month after the final day of the festival. After that

date, your data is deleted.

If you withdraw your consent before that date, your data is deleted immediately.

Do we share your data with anyone?
We use Paloma, an SMS and email platform provider, to send the messages. Paloma processes

your data on our behalf as a data processor, under a written agreement, and may not use your data

for any other purpose.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with Zalando or any other third party for marketing

purposes.

Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Withdraw your consent at any time. This is easiest done by unsubscribing from the list.
  Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you
  withdrew it.

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.

• Request rectification of inaccurate data.

• Request erasure of your data.

• Object to or request restriction of our processing.

• Request data portability, i.e. to receive your data in a machine-readable format.

Complaints
If you believe we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a
